Shipping & Delivery

We support UPS Express shipping across the United States!

We use UPS Express to ship your Pet Pad, and the shipping fee is $3 per order. If the total amount of your single order exceeds $80, we will provide you with free UPS Express shipping service.

To ensure the quality of our service, our pet pads are currently only sold in the United States. Your order of Pet Pad products will be shipped from our warehouse located at 1917 Railroad Ave, Clovis, California, 93612.

1. Delivery Time

To give you an idea of our delivery times, it usually takes approximately 3-6 business days from the time we process your order to the time your item arrives at your door. Details are as follows:

Our delivery process includes order processing + order shipping.

(1) After you place your order, it usually takes us 1-2 business days to process your order.

Our hours are Monday-Friday, starting at 8:00 AM and ending at 4:00 PM (PST). If you place your order after 4:00 PM on a business day, we will start processing it at 8:00 AM on the next business day. But if you order after 4:00 PM on Friday, your Pet Pad will start processing the following Monday at 8:00 AM.

We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

(2) Once your order is processed and shipped via UPS Express, shipping time is approximately 2-4 business days.

Note: If you have not received the Pet Pad from us within 6 business days, please contact Shauna Killay by emailing [email protected]. We will arrange a refund or re-shipment for you.

2.About the packaging of Pet Pad

Our Pet Pads are double-packed, first in a waterproof plastic bag to ensure the product remains dry and hygienic during transportation. They are then additionally placed inside a sturdy cardboard box for extra protection and support. Inside the carton packaging you will find an included returns label for easy returns or exchanges if needed. We take the safety and integrity of our products seriously to ensure that your Pet Pad arrives in pristine condition.

3.About sales tax

We do not charge customers sales tax, but if the customer’s order address is in a state that requires sales tax, the sales tax is the customer’s responsibility.

Sales tax collection points and rates vary from region to region, so we recommend that you carefully check the sales tax policy of the state where your order address is located before placing an order to ensure that you fully understand the additional relevant taxes that you will need to pay when placing an order.

4.About product receipt

We recommend that you confirm receipt in person. If you do not sign for it in person, please ask the person who signs for it to confirm that there is no problem with your pet pad before signing for it.

When you receive the Pet Pad, please carefully check the outer packaging and the Pet Pad to see if there are any problems. If the Pet Pad has packaging damage or quality issues (such as damage, poor absorbency, leakage, wrong product shipped, etc.), please contact Shauna Killay via email: [email protected] and we will arrange a return or exchange for you.

In order to provide you with a convenient and efficient shopping service, when you ship your Pet Pad, we will include a return label in the product packaging. Please retain the original product packaging and return label when signing for receipt. Because if you need to return or exchange the product, we need you to send the Pet Pad, the original product packaging and the return label together. Please see our Return Policy for details.

1.How to cancel an order?

After the order payment is successful, you can check the order status in account orders details.

If you need to cancel an order, you can apply within 1 hour after placing the order.

After 1 hour, the order will be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

If you confirm that you need to cancel your order or change your order information, please modify the order information in account orders details within 1 hour after placing your order, and contact Shauna Killay by sending an email to [email protected].

Once you complete your order cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your payment account within 1-2 business days.

If your order cannot be canceled because it has been shipped, we recommend that you apply for a return within 7 natural days after receiving the express delivery. Please see our Return Policy for details.

2.What should I do if I haven’t received the product for a long time?

We use efficient and secure UPS Express to ensure you receive your favorite Pet Pad products as quickly as possible. But if you have not received your Pet Pad product after 6 working days, we are sorry and will do our best to solve the problem for you.

If you have not received your Pet Pad product after 6 working days, please first check whether your order information is accurate in account orders details. If there is an error in your order information (such as incorrect shipping address or recipient information), we regret it but we will try our best to contact the logistics company to help you find your express delivery.

If your order information is correct and you have not received your Pet Pad within 6 business days of shipment, please contact Shauna Killay at [email protected].

You have two options:

(1) You can apply for a refund.

(2) You can also ask us to send you a new Pet Pad.
